Notice on the schedule of Chinese Government Scholarship-High Level Postgraduate Programs of Wuhan University (year 2024)

The Enrollment of High Level Postgraduate Program is arranged as follows: 

1. Application time: Nov. 15, 2023 to Feb. 25, 2024. Please apply at the CSC Online Application System website https://www.campuschina.org/ and Wuhan University website  http://admission.whu.edu.cn/.

2. Preliminary evaluation: From Nov. 2023 to Feb. 25, 2024.  It is undertaken by the School of International Education, and the qualified application document will be sent to the related schools for academic evaluation.

3. Academic evaluation: Our schools will evaluate and interview the qualified applicants. It will be finished before March 15, 2024.

4. Review: The School of International Education will review the application documents, determine recommended candidates and send the pre-admission letter by email. Those who don’t receive the pre-admission letter before March 15, 2024 fail the evaluation of our university.

5. The recommended candidates should complete the online application of the CSC Online Application System before March 24th, 2024, and the application documents should include the pre-admission letter issued by Wuhan University.

6. Final evaluation: The formal scholarship winners will be selected By CSC before the end of July 2024.

7. The official admission document will be delivered by the School of International Education around the end of July 2024.

8. The Scholarship winners will enroll in the end of August or early September 2024, and go through the admission and registration procedures at Wuhan University in strict accordance with the time specified in the admission notice. You will be regarded as giving up this admission if you fail to register within the time limit without the permission of our university.

Please note:

1.There is no application fee for all the scholarship applicants in Wuhan University. Please contact Wuhan University directly. Wuhan University does Not entrust any individual or agent for enrollment.

2. Uploaded supporting documents must be clear, authentic and valid. Applicants are recommended to use a professional device to scan the relevant documents.  Applicants   shall   bear   the   consequences   caused   by   unclear   or unidentifiable uploaded materials.

3. A study plan proposal. It is very important application document.A study plan written in Chinese or English shall contain more than 1,000 characters or words. The content shall include completely and clearly your personal introduction, education experience, the purpose of study in China, the acknowledge of China and Wuhan University, study plan, research direction, and future development vision, etc.

4. Two recommendation letters.  There is no specific format. However, it is suggested that the professors recommending you are in the field of your applied major, and sign the letter by themselves. These letters shall indicate the date and describe the applicant’s objectives of learning in China, comprehensive abilities, and evaluation of future potential.
