Notice on Delay of School Opening

The start of Wuhan University 2020 spring semester is decided to be postponed according to the notice of Hubei Provencial Prevention and Control Headquarter of New Pneumonia Epidemic and instructions from the China Ministry of Education. Specific opening time will be notified later.

If you are out of China, please check your email, the official website or WeChat Subscript of SIE for further notice. Please do NOT return to school as scheduled or in advanced. Do NOT order your plane ticket back without confirmed notice. If you have already booked your ticket, it's time to get prepared for refund or rebook. For the delay related residence permit validity problems, please contact your international student counselor for help.

If you are staying on campus, please pay highly attention to the notice of the school. Please minimize the risk of infection by staying in the dormitory as long as possible and arranging work and rest reasonably. If you have traveled to other cities of China, please cooperate with the local government in epidemic prevention and control work such as medical screening. If you have a fever or cough, you can contact local community management for help. And either you are at Wuhan or in another city of China please report to your international student counsellor for information.
