Application procedures

Step 1 Submit Application Documents

Prepare the application documents and submit all application documents online.

Step 2 Qualification Verification

Qualification Verification takes 2 working days for language students, 3 working days for BA students and 2 weeks for graduate students.

 

Step 3  Admission Notice

We would send out admission letter and JW202 about a week after the documents verification. Please confirm your address with Wuhan University. EMS cannot deliver to a P.O.BOX.

 

Step 4 Pay the application fee

Pay application fee 600RMB in financial office room 102, postgraduate programs & MBBS programs' application fee is 800RMB
 

Step 5 Enter into the university  

When to Apply

  • BA applicants please submit your application before June 10th.
  • MA applicants please submit your application before June 10th.
  • PHD applicants please submit your application before June 10th.
  • Chinese Language:

          Those who understand basic Chinese can apply for Chinse language program at any time of the year.

          Application for Chinese Language beginner's class ends on 10th, January (spring intake) and 30, June(autaum intake). As for exchange student who apply for 2017 spring intake, the application need to be finished before 20th, December.

          School of international Education also provide additional beginner's class which start on 5th, April(Spring intake) and 15th October(autaum intake), please consult us before you apply. Any changes on this additional class will be informed three month in advance.
